Speaking on Love Dont Judge, the pair recounted about how they met on a night out in Leeds when Gage was on leave from the military.
Olivia, who loves a man in uniform, was eager to meet up again and the pair arranged more dates.
They recalled how, after their first time sleeping togther, pillow talk led to them discussing Olivias sexuality.
She revealed that she was bisexual or at least bi-curious and the pair decided to explore together.
Olivia described Gage as her rock and the one who gets the party started.
She explained: I couldn’t imagine doing it without him.
She added that it can also be difficult to find single women in the swinging world.
The couples original rules were that they would play as a pair or Olivia would play individually, with Gage never doing it alone.
However, after seven years of swinging, they described their current attitude as free-flowing, very fluid, and having 100% communication.
They described swinging as the best decision ever and even found a way to make their discreet hobby into a business.
The pair developed the SwingHub app, which provides a safe platform for people to meet and converse with each once they have been verified.
App users are also unable to screenshot or share another persons photos.
They explained that the app was their way of modernising the lifestyle.
The couple regularly host swingers parties that range between 150 to 300 people to help others meet each other.
What is polyamory?
Polyamory is the practice of having romantic relationships with more than one person at the same time, with the knowledge and consent of all parties.
It can refer to relationships where one person has multiple partners or spouses, or where all parties are in a relationship with each other, for example in a throuple.
According to You Gov, 6.8% of people in the UK have been in a polyamorous relationship.
And while Olivia and Gages families have been supportive of their lifestyle, not everyone is so open-minded.
Gage told their audience: People judge us because we swap partners.
He added that they are often told they have no morals or self-respect.
Gage read out a comment which claimed that swinging must feel like getting used.
Olivia hit back saying: I actually like feeling used, thank you very much.
The couple joked that they are often told to have an affair like normal people.
However, they pointed out that swinging together means there are no repercussions and keeps their relationship stronger than ever.
