The Sun has since learned the cherubs are, in fact, hyper-realistic reborn dolls, which come with a wide price range from £300 to a whopping £20,000.
A source close to Katie said: Shes posing with two dolls. These ones are known as reborn dolls and, while they look incredibly lifelike, theyre not real.
Shes doing it to get people interested in her IVF journey, which shes made a TV show about for Channel 4. Its out next year.
Its also part of her preparations for a future pregnancy, as she hopes to successfully welcome twins via a surrogate.
The insider added that telltale signs include the twins lacking the typical newborn scrunch, as well as their wearing of hats indoors and faces being deliberately obscured.
In an image posted by Katie yesterday, the former glamour model cradled the baby close to her chest and he could be seen wearing a blue hat and outfit of the same colour.
The star penned over the image: “Evening cuddles with my boy,” as she leant her head against his.
In her previous shot, Katie placed her hand over the babies in the photo, and cropped out their faces.
The tots wore one blue and one pink bib and white mittens.
The stars sister Sophie has recently been seen heavily pregnant on Instagram.
But Sophie has also not posted any updates, while Katie has been very vocal about wanting to become a mum again.
Katie already has five children from three different relationships.
Her eldest child Harvey Price is 22-years-old. His father is former professional footballer Dwight Yorke.
The Celebrity Big Brother winner also shares Princess, 17, and Junior, 18, with her ex-husband Peter Andre.
She has two younger children, Bunny, 10, and Jett, 11, with her third husband, Kieran Hayler.
The reality star, who has long insisted she is keen to add to her brood, recorded a documentary last year while undergoing IVF with her then-fiancé Carl Woods.
Now finally, Channel 4 is planning to air the doc next year even though she and Carl broke up in 2023.
Carl has since told Closer magazine that he and Katie had chosen a surrogate based in Cyprus before their break-up.
He also lashed out at her, saying: I dont think she cares who she has a baby with, as long as she gets a baby. In that situation, its not about who it doesnt matter.
It could be me, could be surrogate, could be JJ. As long as she gets a baby. To a degree, Im sure she would treat any partner as a sperm donor, really.
Katie, who is now in a relationship with former Married At First Sight groom JJ Slater, spoke about her IVF documentary just two months ago.
During an appearance on Olivia Attwoods podcast, So Right Its Wrong, Katie said she wants two more children.
Former Love Islander Olivia asked Katie: Do you want more kids?
The OnlyFans star replied: Youll see a programme coming out about my IVF journey and its failed and failed, with the ex.
People have got to realise that it doesnt matter if I look young or I look younger your body is still 46 and your eggs get less and as you get older its harder.
Quizzing her further, Olivia continued: You definitely want another one?
Katie replied: Or two, its going to happen one way or the other I dont know how or when but I will try, Im not giving up.
She added: I feel if you have children, you should make them fit in your life, you shouldnt change your life.
Ive always done that, when I travel they come.
The only thing thats hard is the sleep but you enjoy it because theyre yours. Ill have more.
What are reborn dolls?
REBORN dolls are hyper-realistic baby dolls crafted to look and feel like real infants.
Artisans, known as reborners, use various techniques to create these dolls, including painting the skin with multiple layers, adding rooted hair, and using soft, weighted bodies to give them a lifelike feel.
These dolls can be made from vinyl or silicone and often feature intricate details like veining, realistic eyes, and even the scent of baby powder.
Prices for reborn dolls can vary significantly, ranging from around £300 for more basic models to an astounding £20,000 for highly detailed, custom creations made by skilled artists.
They are popular among collectors, hobbyists, and individuals seeking comfort or companionship.
While some see them as art pieces, others use them for therapeutic purposes or as a way to cope with loss.
The reborn doll community is vast, with collectors sharing their creations and experiences online, attending conventions, and participating in social media groups dedicated to this unique hobby.
