A MARRIED At First Sight groom has had his secret acting past revealed following his dumping scandal.

Fans took to Reddit when they noticed that Ross McCarthy, 32, has starred in the TV series Fresh Meat.

One user took a screenshot from season three, episode seven of the show, featuring Ross in the frame.

They wrote: Is this Ross in Fresh Meat?

Another speculating user commented: He’s got the same eyebrow slit and everything. Has to be him.

A third person, skeptical about his appearances on both the show and MAFS, wrote: Every single one of them is just on there for their big break. They just do the tv show circuit.

A fourth penned: Wow it certainly looks like him and the guy has the same style hearing aids in. Got to be.

And a fifth added: Yep its him for sure. To those saying he would have been credited, that doesnt usually happen in the UK with extras, thats more a US thing. My sister is an extra or background artiste and has been in loads of TV shows over the years, she even had a small speaking part in Shameless and wasnt credited.

Viewers have fallen in love with Ross and his MAFS partner Sacha Jones, who have gone from strength to strength but Ross has since dropped a series of hints they are no longer together.

The pair are no longer following each other on social media and Ross appears to have already moved on.

Ross, who is the show’s first deaf groom, has declared his love for another woman on his Facebook account, and has shared a series of loved up posts with her.

The woman has told him she loves him back and when he told her ‘you’re the best’, she replied: “You’re welcome, you can keep me forever.”

Ross has even added the woman’s initial to his Instagram account bio and she has repaid the favour.

The pair are thought to have been dating since as far back as June – suggesting his romance with Sacha was short lived.

The E4 programme was filmed last year and the couples are expected to keep the outcome of their journey under wraps until the series comes to an end.
