The full election results special will include correspondents from around the US and guests including Stormy Daniels, Jon Sopel and Donald Trump’s nephew Fred Trump III and Sarah Palin.

In an advert aired on ITV and social media, Susanna says: Its the election over there that will send shockwaves over here.

So far its been unpredictable, uncompromising and uncertain.

With Donald Trump and Kamala Harris neck and neck in the race to become president, Susanna said.

Ed added: Join us to discover what the world will wake up to when America Decides.

Trump and Harris are level in the polls – with just seven “swing” states set to decide the winner.

The election is already well underway, with 40 million Americans having voted early in person or by mail.

Last night, 78-year-old Trump launched a host of fiery attacks on his rival at a rally in New York.

During his speech, Trump called Vice President Kamala Harris grossly incompetent and dubbed the former prosecutor a candidate with a very low IQ.

He said: This election is a choice between whether well have four more years of gross incompetence and failure, or whether well begin the greatest years in the history of our country.

She’s unfit for office. Everyone knows it.

No one respects her, no one trusts her, no one takes her seriously.

Meanwhile, Harris fuelled bizarre claims that Trump would be a Hitler-style dictator if reelected after his bitter ex-Chief of Staff claimed he praised the evil Nazi villain.
